Public Speaking Anxiety Tips
Public Speaking Anxiety?

Im taking an oral communication class which is required for my major so I cannot avoid it. I have a speech coming up on Monday and I am absolutely terrified! Im seriously considering dropping out of college because of this. And to make my anxiety worse, I have a very bad short term memory so im afraid my mind will go blank as im speaking and I will just stand there looking stupid. Does anyone have any tips on how to releave my anxiety?

It’s funny how the number one greatest fear in America is public speaking, followed up by number two being death.
